Purolator Canada reviews

Recently i ordered a hitch on Amazon it was shipped from Lethbridge to Edmonton it took a full 7 days to go this distance. I never use Purolator if I’m shipping something

All was well!! Smooth delivery. I left a note on my business door for driver to please call a phone number as I was not around for deliver and really wanted my parcel. They made sure I got it. Great job folks!!!!

Disgusting practice of delaying shipments until they're at full load to save money at the expense of customers getting their items on time. Don't expect 50% of your express packages to ever arrive on time, and always expect they will blame it on the weather, even if the weather has been pristine for weeks. What's the point of paying higher costs for fast shipping, when it's constantly delayed for days and never arrives on time?

Delivered overnight excellent service and great customer service

They never deliver the package. they leave a note to go to their warehouse to pick it up . Since they have access to mail room why they don't leave the package or deliver to front door of the condo.

Very poor service! Everything is automated and I get no answer as to why I should be picking up my parcel in a city that is 2 hours away! Very unhappy!

Worst ever customer service to speak to very rude

Purolator is just a hustle and try to rip people off and are lazy! My package was supposed to be delivered to my door and they decided to stop 4 hours away and expect me to travel to them. They want your credit card just to talk to to their people, to figure out their own crappie business model! You messed up, not joking! I'm going to talk to every news channel, trust me! They're going to love to hear about your little extra charge, that's your fault! Not my first time dealing with people like you. Have a good day! Remember to smile for the cameras! You should stop! Seriously taking advantage of innocent people! Wrong! Guy! Lol! My life mission now! Keep my package! The seller will be contacting you also, we talked already.

Tracking is never updated so what's the point of a tracking number. Extremely poor service.
