ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COURIER SERVICE IN EXISTANCE. DO NOT USE!!! THEY "METAL SEARCH" ALL EMPLOYEES COMING INTO AND LEAVING THEIR FACILITIES - MANY ITEMS "LOST"!!!

Worst carrier service. All my Amazon orders that have Purolator as carrier, have been delayed for at least a wee. I have no issues with any other carrier like Intelcom, FedEx, UPS, Canada Post, etc. Purolator is really the WORST carrier. Even after 3 calls to customer services, Purolator is having issues to deliver some of my orders.

PAID $77.67 FOR OVERNITE DELIVERY - OTTAWA CANADA TO SARASOTA FL ON MAY 11TH. IT IS NOW MAY 23RD AND THE PKG HAS MADE IT ALL THE WAY TO LOUISVILLE KY!!! ALL I GET IS THE RUNARHOUND FROM A "VIOICE ASSIST LADY" - IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A LIVE BODY. "SHE" TOLD ME TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AT . I CALLED ON MONDAY MAY 22ND AND THAT RECORDING SAID "WE ARE OPEN MONDAY TO SATURDAY - WE ARE CLOSED TODAY, GOODBYE" CLOSED WHEN THEY SAY THEY SHOULD BE OPEN!!!!!!!!! LAST TIME WE WILL DEAL WITH THESE WANABE COURIERS!!!!! PUROLATER JUST LOST A TON OF BUSINESS!!!!! RATING - MINUS 10!!!!!!

CIBC sent me a new credit card because mine was compromised. It was supposed to be here within 48 hours, it's been a week.

Salute to purolator. 'Twas such a surprise, so happy to get my mail the following day.

Purolator shipping locations in downtown Toronto are very convenient, it can provide quick service with no contact and their delivery service is good too. Thanks! ? goo too, I strongly recommend their service.

I was home at the time of delivery attempt but didn't hear the doorbell or a knock on the door. Asked for them to re-deliver that same day but had the driver re-deliver the next day . Not only did they not attempt delivery , they didn't understand me when I said to re-deliver the same day. Customer service didn't take my instruction properly.

I have been very pleased with deliveries through Purolator. There are times I haven't been home & it's just a matter of giving them a call & they will re- deliver the package. Greatly appreciated as I don't have a car to go to pick it up.

Our Parcel arrived before expected after a long trip to the interior, then a truck ride 100 km. over a mountain pass. Very pleased with this service.
