  • When they delivered the long, awkwardly shaped 92 lb package, they brought it to front door, set it down against the stairs and left without knocking or ringing the doorbell. I am not that strong so it took a lot of struggling to get it inside the door. I know it's unlikely for someone to steal that big and awkward of a package but still. At least let me know you dropped it outside my door, it's a 300+ package. Deeply disappointed in the service.

  • Ordered package, was supposed to be in 19th or 20th. Tracking then said arrival expected by 8PM, I called and dealt with the rudest customer service rep imaginable, if someone does not like their job go fund another one. In the meantime, I’m supposed to be out of town today but can’t leave until package arrives. If I could give a zero star rating, I would

  • I find this very disappointing! Half my order was sent via Canada Post and I got it a week ago. The other half was sent purolator and I have to travel 100 km to pick up because that’s the nearest depot?!?! The pkg value is less than how much it’ll cost me to drive there to get it. I live in a rural area but it’s not the boondocks

  • I have never had a problem with Purolator. Deliveries are always on time, our driver is friendly and greets us with a smile. Great service always.

  • Somehow Purolator manages to “miss” me more often than not, even though I have always been home. Redelivery is a nightmare. They claim it will happen within 1 to 2 business days, but it’s usually more like over a week plus 5 phone calls and 3 emails. Customer service just hands out the same script about 1 to 2 days every time you contact them, regardless. They’re very quick with the first delivery attempt, but after that generally really incompetent. Very frustrating; I always dread it when a vendor says they use Purolator.

  • Horrible service. My parcel has been "out for delivery" for eight days. Every evening, status changes to "rescheduled for next business day." Next day, repeat.
