Been waiting on my package that arrived 2 days ago, they need to start working. And stop being lazy to get out their trucks and actually deliver merchandise where they need to go!! I need my package today!!

I am truly upset and angry that my parcel was dropped off at a pick up 11KM out of my way, on a route I never travel. MOST UPSETTING IS I PAID A HIGH PRICE TO HAVE IT DELIVERED TO MY DOOR AS PROMISED. They drive right on by my home, we have easy access drive in drop parcel on deck drive circle out. I am 82 years old have walking disability which prevents me from driving. It seems to be this one driver as I have had parcels delivered to my door in the past.

Incompetence at a truly incompetent level. Who are you hiring to deliver parcels? I placed 1 order on Amazon, it gets shipped in 6 separate parcels. All the other 5 arrived in good time. But this one? Oh, it left the final sorting facility to be dropped at my home 5 days ago, but no word on what happened that day. It went out the next day again, but updated with "Wrong address" ?? Goes out the third day - and yup again it's updated with "Wrong Address" ?? Same address as the other 5 parcels that already arrived. I call them, make sure they have all the correct info, and door buzzer codes... ect. And now yesterday - the 5th day, another failed delivery attemp with not explanation. My Front Door goes to my cell-phone, so if they were ever, even once at the front door of my building and I'm not available to answer, it will go to my voicemail - yet not-so-surprising.. there is no messages on my phone for 4 failed attempts at delivery.

Never had a parcel delivery so quick. Ordered last Thursday afternoon-order put thru on Friday and was delivered yesterday to B.C. The 6th day was delivery of my order. So happy. Good work guys?

My son ordered flowers on Saturday April 22….why did they go to Montreal before coming back to Ottawa? I just received them today let’s just say they weren’t in the best of shape and were actually supposed to be here yesterday….. Horrible experience

When they delivered the long, awkwardly shaped 92 lb package, they brought it to front door, set it down against the stairs and left without knocking or ringing the doorbell. I am not that strong so it took a lot of struggling to get it inside the door. I know it's unlikely for someone to steal that big and awkward of a package but still. At least let me know you dropped it outside my door, it's a 300+ package. Deeply disappointed in the service.

Very very poor commitment…they are unable to deliver my product in due time …now they are telling to pick up the product from their warehouse. Shame….

Ordered package, was supposed to be in 19th or 20th. Tracking then said arrival expected by 8PM, I called and dealt with the rudest customer service rep imaginable, if someone does not like their job go fund another one. In the meantime, I’m supposed to be out of town today but can’t leave until package arrives. If I could give a zero star rating, I would

I find this very disappointing! Half my order was sent via Canada Post and I got it a week ago. The other half was sent purolator and I have to travel 100 km to pick up because that’s the nearest depot?!?! The pkg value is less than how much it’ll cost me to drive there to get it. I live in a rural area but it’s not the boondocks

I have never had a problem with Purolator. Deliveries are always on time, our driver is friendly and greets us with a smile. Great service always.

This order has now taken 10 days to come across Canada from Hub in Ontario and still not in Vancouver? Sad

Somehow Purolator manages to “miss” me more often than not, even though I have always been home. Redelivery is a nightmare. They claim it will happen within 1 to 2 business days, but it’s usually more like over a week plus 5 phone calls and 3 emails. Customer service just hands out the same script about 1 to 2 days every time you contact them, regardless. They’re very quick with the first delivery attempt, but after that generally really incompetent. Very frustrating; I always dread it when a vendor says they use Purolator.
