Horrible service. My parcel has been "out for delivery" for eight days. Every evening, status changes to "rescheduled for next business day." Next day, repeat.

I live in a condominium with 24 hour security and a parcel room. My package was not delivered and no notification was left re: other pick up options. My parcel is now being returned to the company. Incredibly frustrating.
