Website ads are large and very frustrating to click off the screen. Tracking links (map, etc) don’t seem to be working.

The driver lied said attempted delivery and so convenient said couldn't leave a sticker awful service I will ask the next time I order something to choose different delivery options

This is the second time, the last 2 times, they did not deliver. Says out for delivery but when it doesn't come it changes to error delivered to wrong sort facility. I will use them as last resort

I am the point where I write to senders to tell them to stop using Purolator.I never get my package , they hardly leave a note.I end up driving 10 miles to go get it. Purolator do anything except what they prentend to do : Deliver.

If there is ZERO, that will be my rating to Puralator. It’s been 2 WEEKS yet my parcel is no where to be found. Contains of important documents. There was a number given but to my surprise no one is contacting the number. Poor service! Poor communication! Everything is poor. Dont waste your money , send your important documents via CANADA POST, DHL,FEDEX. No to PURALATOR!!!!

It’s one one the most awful shipping company I’ve ever had the way to work with!!!!! I’ve tried to get my order for 3 days, the delivery time was postponed every day. In the end after speaking to an agent I drove to the shipping warehouse myself to pick it up and guess what the package didn’t come to be there although the agent assured me it was there. So spent my time, my money and my nerves just in vain

We have had a reasonably good experience with purolator! We used to get our parcels right at our door, but apparently that was the local fellow being nice. Now we just pick it up in town. We have had packages arrive in very rough condition and sometimes packages got lost - but that was in crazy covid times!

By far the worst carrier company. 72 hours before accepting delivery day change plus you have no clue if it will be delivered on that day. Very stressful to have to deal with them. Makes it a very bad client experience.
