awsome service showed up on time promise was kept

It’s one one the most awful shipping company I’ve ever had the way to work with!!!!! I’ve tried to get my order for 3 days, the delivery time was postponed every day. In the end after speaking to an agent I drove to the shipping warehouse myself to pick it up and guess what the package didn’t come to be there although the agent assured me it was there. So spent my time, my money and my nerves just in vain

On Time as always

We have had a reasonably good experience with purolator! We used to get our parcels right at our door, but apparently that was the local fellow being nice. Now we just pick it up in town. We have had packages arrive in very rough condition and sometimes packages got lost - but that was in crazy covid times!

By far the worst carrier company. 72 hours before accepting delivery day change plus you have no clue if it will be delivered on that day. Very stressful to have to deal with them. Makes it a very bad client experience.

You get faster and better service with canada post

Terrible service. Packages are never delivered on time and are often lost.

I ordered 2 TVs from Amazon. I have absolutely no idea when or where they will be delivered. Purolator tracking is a complete mess - as far as I can tell the packages have been from Montreal to Mont Laurier and then back to Montreal via St Jerome over the last 4 days.

I ordered car mats from Amazon and they are showing delivered but I never received that. Worst delivery. I don’t know what should I do now.

Way to slow compared to FedEx

This is by far the worst delivery company I’ve ever seen if the company that I buy from didn’t use this service I would never use them again

I've had packages delivered to my home for nine years. Now they say there's no such address, they didn't have my phone number, and I moved.... I even have their label on my door in case I don't hear them. They charge a lot of money for a service they don't seem able to operate.

Left phone number but they didn’t call, just dropped stuff at a place and that place never answered any call.

Too long to delivered waiting all day ...

Service is aweful lateltly...delayed do to weather in a town 20 min from my plaxe...havent seen any snow, wind or rain in the last 2 weeks...this is ridiculous
