I was very impressed with the service , my parcel arrived 1 day sooner then expected, Very professional friendly service, Person who delivered my package was friendly, Package came in good shape , and no question I will gladly use purolator again,

Very excellent service by purolator,the had given me expected time of delivery on 09-03-2023.but I was surprised to see that they have delivered the consignment in the morning of 07 -03-2023.

No updates; contacted them on their website; said it would be delivered the next day; that was 5 working days ago. The package shows as having left a hub 12 days ago. Their tracking is guano & their online service reps couldn't tell the truth if it fell out of the sky like a Chinese spy balloon.

What a company no respect I pay for express 9am still waiting for my package that left Saturday at noon and we are Tuesday after 9am and still no package T’quebec City Kitchener not that far away and it cost me 155$ I’m really pist
