Shipment delivered at the estimated time. 2 snowstorms and a weekend. ETA February 20th and delivered February 20th. Delivered by RDL transport. Always accurate. Great services. No conflict of interest for this review. Satisfied customer. 5 stars

Always late. Bad customer service

Hopeless Service. Deserve minus star.

Unbelievable. Not only have they never accurately delivered a package, I've had to return a package (that had my name on it) with a ton of high end audio equipment that wasn't mine. Now they're telling Amazon my packages are "delivered"; when I check the tracking (because I strangely don't have it) it says "ready for pickup" so now I have to go get it from the Purolator facility.

Terrible service. I had to return an item from Amazon. It seems they have lost it and now I'm out money because of their Terrible service.

waiting for Bell quipment..lost first order sent now replacement order may be lost..waiting 4 days..was promised in 2

Extremely slow service and poor tracking. Package is constantly will get shipped from my city and then go back to a different city will need to come back to my city again. What is going on with your services?

Disappointed I had to give a star, cause it’s the worst service I’ve seen. Drop off items 45 minutes away when there’s closer places to bring to.

Great service with the occasional hiccup, room for improvement but staff have been great! Need to improve a bit more on accuracy and promises.

Same story, package was supposed to be here on Feb 8 and nothing yet they posted it missed getting picked up for a few days. What a mess

My name is Raymond Galway I paid premium to have my parcel shipped and haven’t received it yet. It was in st, Johns yesterday what is the hold up now.

Took over a week to get here. They kept saying due to weather conditions, even though it was beautiful weather outside. They can’t even drop it off, I have to pick it up

4 days and no update on where the packages are. Just says it's at the place it left. Annoying. Updates would be great

Terrible service still waiting for my order and now could take 4 more days late already so if it is in the same city I live in how hard can it be to deliver it.
