You Never bring my stuff at home . I have to drive one hour to get it.

I don't have no good reviews on any postal carriers or parcel carriers at all I have four or five of them I have not received and they say they're delivered but they're delivered somewhere else and they were Christmas presents I had to tell my grandkids I don't have nothing for them

A couple days late but taking the weather into consideration I’m ok with that. Other than that..I was happy with the email notifications letting me know the route of my parcel. All good!

The delivery time is always delayed. Bad service and slowest ever delivery.

Very frustrated with Purolator’s delivery service. Very incompetent from Purolator warehouse to their delivery guys… as if they don’t know how to follow instructions. Very poor.

Very unhappy with this service. I’ve left instructions for delivery via Purolator call centre with unsuccessful execution. I’ve had to call 2 or 3 times just to get correct instructions relayed to delivery personnel. This has happened to me 3 times now. I recently was told I have 2 minutes to walk down 2 flights of stairs to meet delivery person at the door as they are on such a tight schedule. I’m 70 years old. I hope I can make the drivers ridged time frame and not fall down the stairs. I order items to be delivered to my home. Purolstor is the worse company for this service. There is no customer service. There is no listening to the customer. I hope you will read this complaint and address some of these issues.

Very pleased with the delivery service. We received goods earlier than first expected and dropped off at front door with a ring on the doorbell to inform us it was here. Thanks to the consiencious delivery guy.

Horrible lost package no information!

They have one job and It’s doesn’t get done should get 0 stars

i have yet to receive my package. Apparently there was missing information on your end. which was mt apartment number and you also had the wrong phone number on your system which i do not understand how that is possible. its been days and im still waiting.

Great service at uptown Victoria bc

Was told my parcel would arrive the next day. Still waiting 3 days later! Tracking system is horrible! Wait time to speak with someone over 30 mins…absolutely ridiculous!! Would NEVER recommend this company!
