I was told if I paid X number of dollars it would arrive at destination the next day, so not true

I never receive notices when my parcel has arrived, or where to pick up my parcel. I live in the rural area and it varies from pick up locations Very frustrating when trying to track it.

Terrible! Driver urinated in my driveway then denied it. Left huge stinky puddle there!! Absolutely shocked and horrified by this…yes this actually happened!!!

I am very happy with the delivery service from purolator. All my shipments have arrived the next day as promised. Will continue to use them.

Excellent customer service....

Drivers do not care about delivering parcels. They do not try to reach clients and they leave very fast if the door of the building is close. This is vey bad service

Don't use them if you need to deliver items at your door. They'll say the attempted delivery but they haven't even buzzed in my unit. Lies.

Anything i buy online from now on is instantly canceled if I find out Purolator is shipping. In the past 6 months I have had multiple orders delayed and not arrive because of a lazy Purolator driver and have had nothing but empty promises from Purolator dispatch. I now cancel everything that comes Purolator....

Every package has been delivered on time or a few days early. And intact.

Purolator is the worst. Everytime I have to go and pick up my package from a very far away location. This time I missed my delivery by a few minutes, a chat service agent said it would go out for delivery again the next day but nope- I have to go pick it up. No car and a broken toe. If I don't get it in 5 days it goes back. Avoid at all costs if you can.

Not very happy with this company I really appreciate if i received my package today.

Avoid shipping threw purolator at all costs!

These guys rarely update their tracking and unlikely read the reviews. Much more effective to report to Amazon as they are aware of the issues with puroLATER..MUCH LATER
