this is useless. my package has been in the same spot for 8 days. I would rate less than one but it's not an option

Worst experience ever this day and age. Driver makes minimal evert. Does not follow simple instruction on package. Getting through to purolator is a joke. Hour waits ect. On line help also a joke wanting money to get help. Never will I use this outfit again. Good luck to anyone one that does.

This is the worst Delivery every. Put alot of stress on my family. Told it be picked up at Micheals was not there. They returned it back sender. The people there do not know what they are doing the tracking no is still on the package.All the reviews the person paid for it they will not the refund

Hard to find data in all those advertising! No way to see the path, only were the package is now

Worst delivery company I ever dealt with. 35 years at work receiving packages. Now disabled so 100% of shopping is shipped to me. Past 40 years other shipping companies 100% perfection. Shipping with Purolator and 100% failure.

Worst service got nothing but the run around. Still would not diver the package. Said it would be delivered today nothing then Monday It will not be delivered. They ripped people off for there money

Very Crappy service. Just got the run around. Was not home left where I could pick up the package was not there Went to sons phoned the place still no package. Phoned purlator said it would be today still nothing. Checked the tracking it said could not be delivered to today Monday it would be. So my son phoned. Would not recommend Purlator to any one just got the run around

Terrible. Checked my sons house. There was note one his doors saying a package could be picked up at Micheals well no package kept checking at Micheals no package phoned purlator said it would be delivered today. No Package. Checked tracking no said Monday So I told my he is going to into it. Would not recommend Purlator to any one

This is by far worst parcel company that I ever deal with. I suspended all my activities including my work, waiting my package to arrive since 8.30 AM i never go out or get myself busy with something else just waiting my package sitting my window At 1.29 pm got a text message from purolator saying that I missed the delivery. this is nothing but a garbage i didn't missed anything i was here at home waiting my package all day they just didn't showed up, even if they came where's my door knock note? No note left because they didn't showed up They really wasted my day This is really really bad i personally advice every one to think twice when using purolator

It would not be possible that they don't find a reason to deliver a package on times ,2 weeks is the least time,

I used Purolator for next day delivery. Paid a lot of money. My order arrived only 10days after. So disappointing
