This has to be the worst company for deliveries. I checked for the status of my delivery, it said attempted delivery no one home, which is bull crap because even if I wasn't home our intercom is connected to my phone, so I could be across the world and I can still buzz people in. I know the intercom was working that day because I had another delivery when I was downtown and was able to buzz them in. This is not the first time this has happened. It happens almost every time I have a parcel and it is delivered by Purolator. It always says tried delivery left delivery notice but there is never a delivery notice so I know they are full of poop.

Was at home all day. They don't bother ringing door bell or knocking just placed a sticker. Now I have to waste a hour to get my package. Useless company

This afternoon Saturday, December 31 one of your delivery drivers what is in our complex . I was so pleased to see that he respected our 15 KM speed zone sign At the entrance of our large family townhouse complex…. we have small children here dogs and cats older people visiting walking very slowly through the complex and it’s very important that the speed recommend it is respected. If you do find out who this person is please thank him for me good night Tina And happy new year

Worst experience, and they are consistent doing exactly the same game: pretent the intercom doesn’t work, ignore the building entrance door that is being opened for you so you can go ti deliver at the apartment’s door, then leave quickly before client gets own, to force the client to call and arrange another delivery which us paid again as if it’s client’s fault delivery was not completed. Needless to say they do this to an old lady with mobility issues, living on the last floor, last apartment on a long hall in a building with a slow elevator. This happened to me each time. The notice they leave is also scribbled in a way that’s hard to read, if you go to pick it up yourself, there’s no guarantee it’s there at the time indicated on the notice. Canada Post and Amazon delivery are way better and far more reliable.

Two packages shipped to two different addresses. The two packages arrived at the first address, but without an outer carton, and all the contents were broken. I made a complaint. I spoke to Jennifer, and her speech was inappropriate. Now I lost everything. Worst customer service,instructions not followed, terrible tracking. Using a drop depot in the middle of nowhere not easy to get to. Do yourself a favor avoid or use the postal service.
