Worst experience, and they are consistent doing exactly the same game: pretent the intercom doesn’t work, ignore the building entrance door that is being opened for you so you can go ti deliver at the apartment’s door, then leave quickly before client gets own, to force the client to call and arrange another delivery which us paid again as if it’s client’s fault delivery was not completed. Needless to say they do this to an old lady with mobility issues, living on the last floor, last apartment on a long hall in a building with a slow elevator. This happened to me each time. The notice they leave is also scribbled in a way that’s hard to read, if you go to pick it up yourself, there’s no guarantee it’s there at the time indicated on the notice. Canada Post and Amazon delivery are way better and far more reliable.

Two packages shipped to two different addresses. The two packages arrived at the first address, but without an outer carton, and all the contents were broken. I made a complaint. I spoke to Jennifer, and her speech was inappropriate. Now I lost everything. Don't you have a manager who talks to me and explains to me what happened? 49985693560 Is it possible for a large company to treat their customers this way? Do you have an official who respects customers? And explain to me what happened?

I do not have any issue with Purolator. Number of items were delivered at my home address, they were fast.

Worst customer service,instructions not followed, terrible tracking. Using a drop depot in the middle of nowhere not easy to get to. Do yourself a favor avoid or use the postal service.

Don’t know how you guys can still be in business, WHO’s worse Canada Post or Purolator. Very disappointed in the service.

Paid $40 for overnight shipping only to have the envelope take 7 days. Atrocious save your money and send your urgent packages elsewhere.

Hi I'm weating my shipping

My son and grandsons flight was canceled. Never made it home for Christmas. Thought I’d send their presents to them. Paid over $200 to send. Was supposed to be there December 26th. Purolator says it’s not even in the depot yet. I think they owe me some kind of refund. When you phone it goes to some automated bs. Will never use them again

The parcel tracking is terrible! You can never tell where the parcels actually are! The app shows they are still in the same spot one week later! And when you send parcels express, it still takes over 2-3 weeks to get there! Why should we pay extra for “express” when the regular ground delivery gets them there just as fast?! I am not pleased with their service at all this year!

Worst courier company to use, never get updates on time. Lost a 1 package in Burnaby BC for 8 days just before Christmas. They did however send the other package to Nanaimo hub where it sat for 4 days before finally delivering it. These packages were sent at the same time . Never liked Purolator but I had purchased items through Walmart Canada. If I purchase an item and find out Purolator is the courier, I will cancel my order and go a different route.

Terrible. 53 dollars for a small envelope with 2 cards. Delivery was supposed to be 1 day. Still waiting a week later

Terrible. Drive by my house almost everyday. Don't deliver to my house. Don't deliver to the outlet 8km away. Deliver to an outlet 40km away. Purolater delivered a package to our house once. Decided to return. Vendor said call Purolater. Purolater says we don't deliver there. The product had been delivered by Purolater 3 days earlier.

disappointed with their service My parcel was not delivered , did not keep it even in the warehouse for pick up They don’t make an attempt to deliver citing poor weather conditions, they should atleast sort out ar warehouse if customer manages to come there and pick up Appalling customer service at Port kells Warehouse, needs audit of what they do at ware warehouse
