My Parcel arrived after a short delay dued to weather.The Delivery Gentleman was really polite . Thank you all ,stay safe.

Very poor service for a very high price

Extremely poor service, deliveries are always delayed, and online information is limited. Orders delivered via Canada Post ordered same day arrrived within three days, still waiting after eleven days for Purolator to deliver. I think at that point, you cannot call yourself a courier service.

Horrible service. Package from Brampton Ontario shipped Dec. 8th. went to Mississauga depot then shipped to British Columbia, shows it in Vaughan today. Will it make it it time for Christmas?

Said I need an appointment for delivery. But never was contacted not happy

Wanted to charge money to my credit card to get an answer about where my parcel is. Horrible service.

Now you don't even give me time to finish my last review of NO stars. Only put one star because I had to. Sickening

Still no answer. Just trying to transfer me to others and want me to pay more yet again just to find out why my package is still in Ontario and not in Alberta yet. This is so disgusting.

Waiting too long when i ordered a two days delivery and still waiting for it since friday and no further info.

Ordered a Christmas tree, never arrived till now, no attempt of delivery and it was sent at the place to pick up. Now ordered a 2. Christmas tree and was suppose to be here today and they say delayed till probably 22. December.

Very upset. Paid extra money only to find out that my granddaughter's Christmas package will be arriving much later than I was told!!!

Unable to get an update on a package that was ordered Dec 2 . Last update was Dec 6th. Tracking no. MBG 000617292

Purolator is poor at providing information. Missed a delivery but the driver did not provide any information when my package will be ready for pick-up at the designated depot. This site is equally poor at providing tracking information, entered the package ID# and the only interaction is a line on a map that showed were the package was, such a poor attempt to think you're customer oriented.
