Ordered a Christmas tree, never arrived till now, no attempt of delivery and it was sent at the place to pick up. Now ordered a 2. Christmas tree and was suppose to be here today and they say delayed till probably 22. December.

Purolator is poor at providing information. Missed a delivery but the driver did not provide any information when my package will be ready for pick-up at the designated depot. This site is equally poor at providing tracking information, entered the package ID# and the only interaction is a line on a map that showed were the package was, such a poor attempt to think you're customer oriented.

My mom had the best customer service rep who’s name is Felicia. She was the most helpful delivery service company person ever! All of our questions answered and patiently as well. She took the time to find out and resolve any issues we had with the package. Just watching for email updates now and also being patient. Thank you so much! I was concerned to call with all the other not so good reviews but they are so wrong!

They call me saying the address is incorrect, they need a unit number. There IS NO unit number. I live in a house.They just failed to look for my house! Now I have to drive 10km pick it up to get it in time! They say they may or may not have it ready for pickup for today. Come on!! Zero responsibility for anything, that’s sad!

Every single time Purolator find a reason why they can't make delivery see im run empty-handed and don't even try or leave note and run back to truck I told amazon to don't use Purolator at all Every one else can do the delivery in time ups canada post amazon or FedEx do a great job it's all in the name puro later
