Parcel not delivered, notification not received to pickup or of attempted delivery

My mom had the best customer service rep who’s name is Felicia. She was the most helpful delivery service company person ever! All of our questions answered and patiently as well. She took the time to find out and resolve any issues we had with the package. Just watching for email updates now and also being patient. Thank you so much! I was concerned to call with all the other not so good reviews but they are so wrong!

They call me saying the address is incorrect, they need a unit number. There IS NO unit number. I live in a house.They just failed to look for my house! Now I have to drive 10km pick it up to get it in time! They say they may or may not have it ready for pickup for today. Come on!! Zero responsibility for anything, that’s sad!

They leave a card at the door and run no time to get to the door,then they say there was no one home

Useless customer service

Every single time Purolator find a reason why they can't make delivery see im run empty-handed and don't even try or leave note and run back to truck I told amazon to don't use Purolator at all Every one else can do the delivery in time ups canada post amazon or FedEx do a great job it's all in the name puro later

Useless company charges a fortune then lies every time on there crap delivery service. I want my money back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Disappointed paid almost 200.00 to ship packages. Driver shows up doesn't leave packages, no sign8ng required. Then my Daughter gets a call to come pick up. Tracking says package on truck for delivery the same day as scheduled. Now it says its in Pg. Your a useless company, I will not use you again. I will be in my Purolator to get my money back for you horrible service.

Excellent service - from courteous phone assistance to simple drop off. Very satisfied !!!

Package sitting at sort facility in toronto for 4 days when destination is only 3.5hr drive even canada post is faster delivery
