Purolator Canada reviews

My son and grandsons flight was canceled. Never made it home for Christmas. Thought I’d send their presents to them. Paid over $200 to send. Was supposed to be there December 26th. Purolator says it’s not even in the depot yet. I think they owe me some kind of refund. When you phone it goes to some automated bs. Will never use them again

The parcel tracking is terrible! You can never tell where the parcels actually are! The app shows they are still in the same spot one week later! And when you send parcels express, it still takes over 2-3 weeks to get there! Why should we pay extra for “express” when the regular ground delivery gets them there just as fast?! I am not pleased with their service at all this year!

Worst courier company to use, never get updates on time. Lost a 1 package in Burnaby BC for 8 days just before Christmas. They did however send the other package to Nanaimo hub where it sat for 4 days before finally delivering it. These packages were sent at the same time . Never liked Purolator but I had purchased items through Walmart Canada. If I purchase an item and find out Purolator is the courier, I will cancel my order and go a different route.

Terrible. 53 dollars for a small envelope with 2 cards. Delivery was supposed to be 1 day. Still waiting a week later

Terrible. Drive by my house almost everyday. Don't deliver to my house. Don't deliver to the outlet 8km away. Deliver to an outlet 40km away. Purolater delivered a package to our house once. Decided to return. Vendor said call Purolater. Purolater says we don't deliver there. The product had been delivered by Purolater 3 days earlier.

Purolator never ceases to disappoint. Based on the complete lack of useful information via their tracking system, I suspect they are still very much in the Dark Ages of technology. In an era when precision location tracking and awareness are very doable, the prehistoric renderings on the Purolator website and the interminable waits needed to communicate with a live agent (usually friendly and helpful at least…) to avoid the similarly useless electronic “bot” agents makes the experience even less enjoyable.

Good company speedy delivery

Christmas gift was really late to start moving Purolators system. It got as far as Mississauga Ontario a few hours away and was sent out to Alberta. Now my gift won’t be delivered till new year. This company needs a complete overhaul. They say they are not responsible for any inconveniences. Wow. Shame on them for such horrible costly errors.

DCM020785997 Package has been ordered from Amazon since the 10th Amazon had it ready to ship same day this company didn’t pick it up till the 20th this package is Christmas gifts for my kids and I paid extra for 2 day shipping now your tracking is saying it won’t be here till January If my kid doesn’t get his Christmas gifts I will be getting my money back I know that much this is a useless service always delays and issues this is a kids Christmas come on

Sent from Kingston to Edmonton on friday and arrived Thursday very happy

Said they delivered my package to the right addresse when I had not heard a buzz or knock and didn't even bother to leave an attempted delivery to pick up at post office. Never did receive my package .. probably got lazy and just left the package In lobby of apartment for someone else to steal.

Over $100 order was said to of been delivered to correct addresse but did not actually receive my package. There needs to be better ways to leave a package if someone not home for packages to not get stolen. Had to get it redelivered... Probably won't be here before Christmas

Ordered Dec. 9th and still no update on if it has even shipped. Says no label created on a 175$ order
