Very poor service

Every single package thats ever been shipped by you guys has been late, or lost, or “attempt delivery” even tho I was home all day and they just didn’t come by my house. The only reason they get 2 stars instead of 1 is cause unlike Amazon they treat the packages better and they don’t leave electronics in the snow or in the rain or damage the box. Otherwise, not impressed with my always late delivery’s

I’m done shopping with any business that sends by this company it’s the worst I’ve ever dealt with never again never ship anything if you want to receive it

Sad that it takes 40 mins on hold to talk to someone about delivery that was supposed to happen and didn't but Amazon system states, Purolator tried to deliver the package. The lady I spoke to said they had the wrong address!!? But that was not the case. I then talk to the closest Purolator pick up point and she informed me that the driver will never bring the package to my residence even though this is something that I paid for. She stated the driver is lazy and does as little as possible. Looks like Purolator needs an overhaul with their employees. Long and the short of it is I am paying for a service that I am not receiving. Purolator and Amazon will lose me as a customer If things don't change as I don't have the means to travel to pick up the parcels from the nearest town, if I have to do that I will no longer order online and will purchase locally. ?this issue gets fixed!

Cant you people read an adress

This is the most disorganized company I ever see they don’t even know where anything is how do they stay in business

My letter was sent for quick delivery. After 8 days I'm still waiting for it.

Slow as molasses in winter

Purolator is one of the worst.Apparently it requires too much effort to update their tracking.Very unreliable.Ship with BNI,one of the best.

I sent 3 packages on 3 different days Using online for pickup at my door was pretty easy and the drivers were prompt for picking the parcel left on my patio. Nothing to complain about Great service!!

I Always have my package

Pleas provide sender information....i don't accept scam fake packages...who send it...and declared content....

stayed up all night and day for what I could have slept instead of staying awake for this

My package has been sitting in the same place for a week… not impressed.

Didn't even try to knock on my door when my package was delivered, they just left a note outside in the RAIN, for it to get soaked for me to go pick it up at best buy the next day, absolutely horrible
