Worst accommodation and most apathetic. How is it legal. They give me a number for my pickup location which is for immigration visa' in another city and had no idea what I wanted. Then i go to chat support and they hand me off to someone trying to sell a computer service. Hahaha ?

Delivered to correct delivery station. Then recieved email it was over 100km at a different station.

Man is #Purlator ever gone to the dogs! So I ordered something. Made the mistake of putting my old business shop address on it. The new tenant said she would call me when it came in. Lmao now because Purlator said it was a box number and took my parcel back to #Vermillion . I got a email saying they can not deliver to a box number. Lol was a store address not a Box number. Call the 1800 number and said fine if they can't deliver to a store address (lol not a Box at all) then delivery it to my freinds house address. (She gets deliveries there all the time same as the store.) Nope got an email saying they could not deliver to a box number. (LOL she is a house) Again I used the bot chat put her address in it, called again gave her address. Then again I get yet another email we can not deliver to a box number. Are you people that drafty? Then I decided on the 7th to go to Wainwright Purlator at Apple Drugs. The lady was very helpful. She called Vermillion. She was told yes I am looking at it. We will have it in Wainwright at Apple Drug's for her to pickup. OMG I get another email it has been sent to #Lloydminster. ( It is the hub. When parcel go there they are then sent back to where they came from.) I again called Purlator at Apple Drugs told them where it was now and that would they please get someone to delivery my parcel for me to pick up at your business. Well OMG after 10 frigging days of fighting to get my parcel that they said was a box number I had to post this. I do not see a box number on the first address, nor the second. #Purlator get your sh**together or buy glasses for your people or teach them to read address. Something has to be done to improve your customer contact etc.

I cannot stand this company. Anytime I am having some delivered they mess it up I have been waiting for a package since Monday and each day there is some excuse as to why it wasn't delivered. It is an internet modem so I do not have any internet access until it's delivered

Purolator came by to deliver the package today, there was no knock on the door, I happened to see his truck out of the window, by the time I came out the driver left. I now need to drive 80 km just to pick up the package.

Purolator service Covid and post Covid is pathetic!

Dropped package off in whitby Saturday, going to Mississauga. Status is showing as of Monday, on Wednesday. What good is the tracking number if it does not show current information.

Purolator is really good at delivering packages really awesome drivers nice and friendly. The only thing I don't like about Purolator is don't give many updates to know where your packages are located, but overall excellent service ☺️

I really hope my parcel arrives ? have been waiting over a week now. Have not been able to connect with customer service. It’s saying exception / what does that even mean ?

Ordered a package two weeks prior to when I needed it. Despite inputting my address correctly, the order couldn’t be delivered and I got NO updates about it or why they couldn’t deliver the package in the first place. Now it’s being sent back.

Lousy updates, hard to follow shipments.

Purolator picked my package up from sender and it never made it off the truck. They do not take care of packages

Out of all the delivery companies Purolator is the best. I am relieved when I see my package is being dropped off by them. I get my items very quickly.

Excellent service. Speedy fast delivery, Brockville to London with next day delivery!!! Delivery guy was very personable and friendly. 10 / 10 in every way.

Will not tell me when or where my package is waste of time trying I guess.
