Purolator Canada reviews

Just plain horrible disrespectful lying-to-your-face service. Avoid if possible. They’d say they contacted you when they didn’t. They indicated “bad weather “ on a nice and sunny day. Some other ridiculous exercises. Poor customer service reps have to take crap on behalf on this poorly organized and managed company. I’m now avoiding purchases that will be delivered by purolator!

Never got my package after it said it was delivered

They never deliver parcels to the right address. It is beyond aggravating.

Poor tracking!! Try and avoid purolator if you can!

Horrible service , 6 days from NL to Petiticodiac NB.

I really don't understand this weather delay thing. My package has been in the sorting facility since Feb. 24, I don't know how delivery has become a problem. Please I have perishable items in my package. I need it.

We paid for overnight delivery of a letter to Madison FL from Yarmouth NS took it in on Saturday Feb 17/23 this is Sunday the 26 is February and the letter still has not been delivered there was a holiday in Canada in Monday and they said weather delays in Toronto but this is ridiculous service

Not a good service

Recieved parcel - doorbell was not rung - checking the tracking found parcel had arrive 20 minutes after it did arrive. Would have had 20 minutes less chance of it been taken off the porch had the doorbell been rung.

Good job of Drivers.

Not happy apparently package was attempted to be delivered at 1100 and I call they say wait and I will be updated with ware driver drops package its 1000 pm nothing yet kinda weird guy must be pulling a double shift or forgot to update ware my package is and door bell cam don't show him ever coming to door

I order alot online and Purolator is the worst courier that delivers here. Always late. Excuses being the weather mostly. Like today for an example. Sun is shining and says they cannot deliver because of the weather?

Delivered right on time the driver, Jeremy was very friendly, and I wish I could meet more people like him in my day he deserves a raise. Thank you

What a useless company. Driver never rang, went to pick up at location very inconvenient to me 4 hours after they said it would be there, wasn't there. Sit on hold and am told it will be delivered today. Still at their sorting center even further away. Incompetent and deceitful.

Service is half and half. Purolator “often” loses my parcel. The refund is always good, I must admit. My delivery person, is always kind and friendly.
