Garbage delivery service ?

The lazy inept Purolator driver decided they didn't want to work the day my delivery was supposed to be made from service Ontario. He decided to say noone was here, which is not the case. I was home all day. No Purolator sticker on the door. No calls. Nothing. Purolator should not be I. The delivery business!!!

My God! They can't handle a simple license plate delivery from service Ontario. June 21 to July 12 and my package ended up in Kingston Ontario with a label address in Vaughan Ontario. That's 3.5 hours away! Incompetent. Inept. Ridiculous.

Ordered a parcel last June 13. Parcel was never received. Purolator claimed no one was home. I called Purolator 5x in total. Wait time to be assisted on phone takes 40-45 mins. Agents who assist are not knowlegeable on answers they provide. I don't drive. They brought my package to a location for pick up that was 30 mins away from our location if I drive. Until now, I have been trying to get my package and it's been almost a month since I ordered. Purolator agent told me that they will re-deliver on the 3rd. No package came until now. They are so difficult to reach for assistance. Will be on home for 45 mins just to speak with an agent. So inefficient. Very poor service. Not reliable.

I've never had a problem with puralator. Keep on trucking ?

Left in lobby after I asked for it to be brought to my door. It was 18kg and I'm disabled and it could have been stolen. I am happy it arrived so fast though.

Very Poor, very inconsistent courier service.

Delivered my Amazon package to somewhere in Sudbury rather than my home. Not driving an hour and a half to get it. They have also delivered three of my daughters packages to the wrong address.

My package was supposed to be 2 day delivery that was a week ago they don't know where it is Purolator service is terrible!!!!!!!!

Paid for next day delivery.It's been 7 days still waiting.I guess that's all it tells you how satisfied am I.

So my parcel originated in Etobicoke, Ontario. That was 3 days ago. I live approximately 5.5 hours from there so why did my parcel have to go to Dallas, Texas when there is a sorting facility in Toronto?!? Now they have passed it off to other delivery company. Usually when that happens I get ripped off. Terrible service and no stars.

the online tracker says reciever unavailable and customer service says it was recieved. I'm still sitting by the door without my package, now wondering what to do

What a big hassle trying to track my Purolator shipment

This parcel arrived Friday and it's Monday afternoon. I'm still waiting. I get up at 4 am. I don't like waiting all day for something I have to put together.
