Purolator Canada reviews

Rep I spoke to today was very polite. Package was to be delivered may 6 and he is stating may not get til Monday. Been at Toronto warehouse since May 5.

Can’t talk to anyone!

These purolator drivers are professional liars. They were instructed to PHONE ME when outside my house..they did not call me YET WROTE that they attempted contact and failed. I wonder why a reputable company like Amazon hired them on Canada!

Updating for tracking is a little slow but I have had no problems

The ABSOLUTELY WORST delivery service I have ever used,5 days so far for a 2 day delivery that is only 3hrs drive away,no update on tracking for 3 days,no one answers phone when you call,no returned email, no nothing from Purolator,nada,zilch,a bunch of monkeys running a zoo,unreliable,useless,incompetent company. I can get parcels from California to Ontario in 3days from UPS andFEDEX,but these clowns can't get a parcel down a highway 3 hrs away in a week or two. Shut her down,last one out turn off the lights.

Never able to track package.

I needed help i got nothing and still got nothing i ordered 8 items got 1 item and that was it i have been trying to contact but it keeps sending me to a imagination website lol like wtf and if i hit contact it also will bring me to some helth care thing confusing af i just want the rest of my stuff it says order complete but im missing 7 items OF 8

Didn’t even call just left notice awful service

Purolator has had my package in canada for three days and all they have produced is a shipping label. This is the reason that i have barred amazon from using them to ship to me. Next to canada post this is the worst delivery service I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

Simple enough. Seems to work.

When you get a delivery date add a week. Most unreliable shipping service. I bring when I find out a delivery was given to Purolator.

DELIVERY PERSON CANT READ THE ADDRESS ON A PACKAGE I SENT. KEEPS TELLING ME IT NEEDS AN ADDRESS CORRECTION....EVEN THOUGH I FIXED IT 3 TIMES IN THEIR SYSTEM.

Missing details on the package. Can't trust what the track finder say, that is always LATE!

Worst delivery service ever. I would give them no stars if I could. You pay for fast shipping and it takes longer and they fight you when you ask for a rembursement. When you call the attitude you get is ridiculous ....
