Purolator has had my package in canada for three days and all they have produced is a shipping label. This is the reason that i have barred amazon from using them to ship to me. Next to canada post this is the worst delivery service I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

When you get a delivery date add a week. Most unreliable shipping service. I bring when I find out a delivery was given to Purolator.

DELIVERY PERSON CANT READ THE ADDRESS ON A PACKAGE I SENT. KEEPS TELLING ME IT NEEDS AN ADDRESS CORRECTION....EVEN THOUGH I FIXED IT 3 TIMES IN THEIR SYSTEM.

Worst delivery service ever. I would give them no stars if I could. You pay for fast shipping and it takes longer and they fight you when you ask for a rembursement. When you call the attitude you get is ridiculous ....

I specifically asked for home delivery as I work from home and needed the package ASAP, and knew a signature was required. I was at home when the parcel was “delivered” but the driver didn’t bother to ring the doorbell, just left the tag for pick up at a different location the following day. I went to that location after work on the date noted, and was advised that my package had not been dropped off and to come back. The handwriting of the driver was atrocious and I had to attempt to provide the tracking ID several times before giving up and calling. This is by far the worst service, even giving room for issues from the COVID 19 pandemic.

Parcel always late even though service upgrade purchases made. When contacting Purolator for partial refund, always an issue, almost never rectified and no accountability.
