Super fast service

Not a good place to have your package delivered from, 2nd time i’ve ordered something from here and it’s late again. They can’t even tell me acutely where it is, and they send no updates to amazon.

Can't read a map. Use a different carrier.

What kind of delivery method is this? Utterly garbage and useless. Tracking says, delivered and none of the product arrive on my porch.

Pire service à vie je n’étais pas à la maison ils ont laissé ma Commande à leur entrepôt à 50 km de chez moi et quand j’ai appeler pour avoir une livraison 2 jours plus tard ils l’ont oublié à l’entrepôt !!!! ?

Only reason I gave 1 star ... is because I'm not allowed to give a 0 .. absolute worst delivery service ever ... still waiting and tracking hasn't been updated in 5 days

Absolutely horrible delivery service. Only if you subscribe to get a notification for your particular parcel will you get one. And WHY it doesn't come to your door is beyond me, and it took forever to get here ! And in order to talk to customer service YOU GOTTA PAY $2.00 FIRST ?! WTF is that about Purolator? I'll never use this service ever again

Only received a portion of shipment, and this is not the first time. Impossible to get help.

Package was supposed to be here yesterday. 1 email said it was in dieppe nb (30 minutes away) .. tried tracking it, says Vancouver.. other side of Canada lol

Apparently your drivers can't or won't follow delivery instructions. I have been waiting for the requested phone call on two occasions. Then I've been told to pick it up at the airport depot and then discover that it's on a truck somewhere else. I'm waiting around here again today for a scheduled redelivery and now don't know if the package is on the road or in another depot. I am demanding a refund of my $40 delivery fee. I expect this to be granted. Otherwise I am going to Global TV consumer matters and they can take it up.

i order tons of stuff monthly from amazon amd when its delivered its always on time and the driver even says hi to my dogs.he is a delight to have come at least once a week and always treats me with resoect and a smile.im in hanna alberta and the driver rocks!!!!
