The driver was very rude. He banged on door as he will break my glass door. He rang the door bell too. I went to door just after first bell. When I asked him to be polite he gave me attitude. Looks like he was sick from this job. Signature required for 2300 dollor item. But he didnt even bother to get signature. This was first time I had so unprofessional behaviour from this guy. He looked like compelte junkie just wearing purolator work uniform.

Says delayed due to weather. Its now day 4 Weather is great Was on the truck for delivery today Now have to wait till Monday, come on. Horrible service.

They have delivered to my place for years. This is the second time they can’t find my place so of course I haven’t received my package. I called them first thing in the morning giving the easiest and most thorough directions and still no package. The person I spoke with said is get it yesterday. In the late afternoon I called and they said I wouldn’t get my package yesterday and who knows when I will get it. The last time they did this some idiot left my package on the street and of course it vanished so either the employee stole it or someone else did. They took NO responsibility for anything. Now the same thing is happening and so I asked if I could pick it up no response but I was told it wasn’t lost. I have three more packages that should arrive next week and I’m ready to cancel the order because I can’t afford to give hundreds of dollars away. Worst company ever. Ugh. I just want the stuff I ordered in a nice neat unbroken unopened package shouldn’t be too difficult it’s delivering packages not rocket science

I am disappointed in service provided. I was home all day and was told delivery was attempted at a certain time and a notice put on door. No one ever came to door or left a message. Then I called the 1 800 number and after waiting on hold for 40 minutes was told that they would put in a request. I asked when delivery would be made and then put on hold for another 10 minutes. Then the lady came back on and I asked what she found out. She disconnected me and didn’t bother to call back if it was accidental. I had confirmed my phone number at start of call. Poor customer service
