Delivery never ever on correct day. Always late!

The worst company I have ever seen, nobody should use this fake company. Never on time, even the website doesn't give complete info about the package ?

I'd complain about the slow deliveries but because they show up late I get most of my Amazon orders for free.

I live a 30 min drive away from the business that shipped me an item and it’s been 11 days with no sign of it anywhere. I could have walked there and back 20 times by now.

Inflexible drop off at door, 9 to 5 Mon to Fri depot hours inconvenient, depot further than store i ordered from, don't redeliver next day despite getting customer service redeliver confirmation 6 p.m.

My package is a domestic 2&1/2 hr flieght and an hour in a van…get it together. You’re not “launching rockets”!?

Paid for the fastest option for shipping, it’s going from Vancouver to the east coast. It’s been 3 days and it’s still days sitting in Vancouver. Wtf are we paying so much for fast delivery it hasent even left yet !!!!! I’m choked

Not one bit impressed!! My packages have been sitting at a depot since last Friday 15 minutes away from me and all I’m getting is weather delays?!?! Absolutely beautiful today and a few flurries since Monday. HIRE MORE STAFF!!! No excuse for this rotten service!

Terrible service, package has been out for delivery everyday since Monday and the sort center it's coming from is only an hour away. Always says " rescheduled for the next business day" it's been 4 days now still nothing and we really needed this part for our vehicle. ?

Never had an issue. The woman who deliver in my area is super nice, professional and friendly. Always on time.
