Purolator Canada reviews

Terrible service. Ordered a package that was guaranteed to be delivered on the 12th. Purolator revived close by two days ago have been sitting on it.

puralor please update my package bring in the wrong address instead of ONTARIO, when i track now KAMLOOPS B.C how come????? please make it sure deliver correct address that is very important

I wish there was an option of zero stars because that’s what I would put. I waisted over 7 hours of my time tying to get a package delivered. Brutal wait times, fake promises, nobody know what’s going on…. Very disappointed!

What you guys can't walk over a 1 and a half foot fence? Now I have wait an extra 2 days for my package, it's sitting like 30 mins away from here.

Purolator is slow and not on time.

A package of importance was delivered to the wrong address yesterday so it was returned to the local depot. In a call yesterday I provided Purolator with the correct information although they already had the right information. The package was supposed to arrive today but hasn't. So I called again and was told it will be delivered tomorrow. We'll see if that happens.

Sad I can’t put 0 stars- At the price we pay them we could at least have decent tracking… Very disappointed

I can’t stand using this company anymore I’m not sure why there even in business. They never deliver anything I’m yet to receive a package that is sent with this company. The drivers don’t even come to the address and they say corrections are need “unable to deliver “ absolutely useless ! If I could give 0 stars I would.

Too bad you have to leave at least one star, do not even deserve that.
