They r real fools, dont know anything happening, guy showed up at 8:50 am instead at 9 am or after in bussines hrs, we kept asking them where is the driver where is the package and they said we cant track him and will attpt again tmrw Sounds really stupid they r

Tracking number gives absolutely no information. So have no idea when it will be delivered. Initial message said it would arrive last Friday but now no information.

Amazon says picked up by courier 2 days ago. Your tracking says waiting for item....I wonder who is who is more trustworthy

My parcel was listed as being in Clarenville since 1:00 am Saturday morning! It says its still there and its delayed due to weather! Thats a lie! Also its 11/2 hours to Hare Bay from Clarenville so why has it not been sent yet? This is so ridiculous for such a big company! Its not acceptable at all! I am not very happy! This is not a very goid way to run a company!

Why have tracking offered when it's not updated or even an estimated date for delivery. Completely useless and scared for our delivery when reading other reviews.

Package was supposed to arrive 7 April. Still not delivered and the tracking number is useless. Last update was on 1 April. I have a window of delivery now and was told by Amazon that if it does not show up on the window I will get a full refund. Love playing the lottery with my order...

Every time I see a Purolator delivery notice, I cringe and prey. We should be assured that a package will arrive, preferably on time.

Very poor service as they say they tried to deliver but it’s not true. That happens every time!! I only have issues with them.
