Purolator Canada reviews

Unreliable and inconsistent service. Often no attempts to deliver packages which are left at a depot 30 miles away. Day or two later depot might call to say a package was left there for me. I track delivery and wait for actual delivery or call then see a notice that delivery attempt failed. In fact no delivery was ever attempted.

Second time receiving at my house a parcel through purolator. Parcel came on time. Not damaged. No problems. Thank you:)

They don't even try to bring the parcels on time and in good condition. Worst company ever!

Stupidity. Terrible service especially if you live in a "rural" area...

How can Purolator not find the only post office in Port McNeill, BC?

0 stars, had a tracking # parcel was stuck in Toronto puralator warehouse. Re-entered tracking # later in the day and was told it doesn't exists. Puralator is horrible! Have been waiting 9 days for my parts & still don't have them.

Got parcel within a week. Good service.

The tracking service takes days and days to update the status. It's basically useless.

I have never received my package. It got lost. I don't understand how you can lose a package ????

Worst delivery service! Lazy

You frequently don't tell me where (address) to pick up from. I live in rural Alberta and Edmonton North doesn't explain a lot to me.

Chaque fois que je confie quelque chose à Amazon, ils disent qu'ils sont allés chez moi pour livrer et qu'ils ne l'ont jamais fait. mauvais boulot. ils mentent pour obtenir le matériel pour nous au siège.

The worst order tracking I've experienced

Terrible shipping service. Can't track and no updates. Why would anyone ship with them?
