Purolator Canada reviews

Purolator claimed my address didn’t exist, even though it’s a 20yo building. Investigations where opened which delayed my package for close to 2 months. To make things even more amusing, the shipping was a replacement for a product Purolator delivered when I first ordered a year prior. Other packages were also delayed for similar issues. Extremely unreliable service, would rather get a regular shipping than Putolator if I had the choice, cheaper and yet more consistent.

They lost my package and now want me to pay 2 bucks to chat with someone to get help finding it ridiculous!

Had to wait 31 minutes to speak to a representative to find out what the name on the delivery notice card is as it was not at all legible. It was basically a scribbled line that there was know way to read it.

Long delays for shipments. No proper tracking of parcel . Vendor locations provide no customer service.. I would never recommend Purolator

These guy deliver hit and miss. Customer service is no help. Half the time I have to go to the depo to pick up my package. Yesterday I watched the delivery truck turn around at my driveway and drive away. Not impressed! I gave them one star in order to post this.

Purolator is one of the most expensive logistics companies with the least service! They won’t deliver to my home, nor will they pick up…yet I see their truck driving up and down my street every day!

I live in Brownsburg-Chatham, Quebec. 1 hour from Montreal and Purolator will never deliver to our home. So, there is always a delay when I order from Amazon and Purolator is the carrier. It always take an extra 3-7 days to receive it and no notification received of the change of carrier. The other carrier, Canada Post, also do not deliver to my door. I have to go to the Ppst Office, 20 minutes away. So, Purolator is a big NO for us. We might as well be living in the Arctic.

I will so upset to find my Pandora package in the hallway in front of my door. I live in a building were anyone could pick it up. You should always get a signature. I'm so not impressed with the delivery. ☹

Been sitting at the depot for over a week What is the problem?

I get random texts from random numbers stating it's purolator. Or at least that's what it's saying. I never can tell who's who....so I don't take the click bait....

Not Happy with this at all!

I signed up for text messages for delivery updates but never received them. When I tracked the package and saw they it was delivered when I went out to get the package it has blown halfway down my driveway. It was a very light package.

It was frustrating to witness the Purolator delivery van drive past my residence twice in both directions and then drop my parcel off at the depot. It's not convenient for many seniors who are forced to make other arrangements to retrieve their parcels.
