I order multiple time with this shipment company and its a reasonable waiting time and the packages arrived in perfect condition.

Horrible new system and no guarantee

Parcel not delivered on time. Days late with no accurate status updates with tracking number.

Pathetically slow and inept. Misses deadlines for deliveries all the time. Doesn't get the address right. Doesn't leave at door. Purolator is a clown car service in trucks.

Would prefer delivery via Canada Post. I live in a rural area and right now several roads are washed out and have difficulty getting to the hiway. Purolator frequently neglects to tell me where exactly my package has been delivered to (need address). As a result I have to call and wait on hold to speak to a customer service representative to get that information.

You frequently don't let me know. Where exactly to pick up from. No address provided. And I would prefer deliveries via Canada Post.

Worst experience. Won’t recommend to opt for their service. Extremely slow.

Where the heck is my parcel?? Amazon guarantees 2 day delivery. It's now been 4 days and I'm supose to wait another 3 days.. There is no way to contact Amazon about this delay. Misdeceiving and a waste of a Prime membership!
