Can't contact anyone...no customer service.

the service is horrible, and if you call customer service, nobody knows anything, that company is just a disaster, and I will never send anything with them again

Where the heck is my parcel?? Amazon guarantees 2 day delivery. It's now been 4 days and I'm supose to wait another 3 days.. There is no way to contact Amazon about this delay. Misdeceiving and a waste of a Prime membership!

It’s not easy to find the tracking page

Unreliable and inconsistent service. Often no attempts to deliver packages which are left at a depot 30 miles away. Day or two later depot might call to say a package was left there for me. I track delivery and wait for actual delivery or call then see a notice that delivery attempt failed. In fact no delivery was ever attempted.

Second time receiving at my house a parcel through purolator. Parcel came on time. Not damaged. No problems. Thank you:)

They don't even try to bring the parcels on time and in good condition. Worst company ever!
