Bad service. Delayed 3 times and request delivery after 3:30 and confirmation call 30 mi uses before they arrive. Only to have the delivery guy calling me when he arrived at the door at 1pm. He claimed no instruction was given to him eventhough I have confirmed email saying special instructions to be followed

Item is in my town and has been all week but not delivered because of the weather. The weather has been fine. Zero updates, zero communication, zero attempts to deliver.

Polite staff, no wait, quick service to drop off my package. Tracking shows it arrived before the expected time. I’m happy.
