Terrible.... I recieved half of my items. The others were 3 states away just days before Christmas...

Too hard to communicate with

These people are never on time. You say we close at 4:30 they don’t show till 6-8 at night. Don’t do business with them if your in Cincinnati area

Horrible service according to their customer service truck was 20 minutes away and turned around and took shipment back. Still waiting on shipment. Customer service is useless

Your instant chat is not worth having. You didn’t answer me yet !!!! And I have emailed you with it twice.

I have had several problems with Saia and the just don’t seem to care. I have had multiple shipments sit on the dock for days because they can’t find a truck to deliver!! What in the world!

This is the WORST company I've ever dealt with. Go anywhere else.

The prices are high as a hell but the delivery is still delays! Don't wanna use it again

Luis came to pick up my packages today and he did an amazing job. Very polite and helpful! With customer service like that you will continue to succeed with great employees like him.
