The Wichita terminal is great they allow pickup at the terminal which saves me from needing to wait for shipments at the shop

They scheduled a Tuesday delivery and they were no call no show. I contacted them and they told me my delivery got pushed to Thursday. They would not allow me to pick my item up from their terminal. I buy lots of big stuff. Saia will never get another dime from me. The Jackson Michigan terminal is incompitant.

Track keep saying out for delivery and the it returns to terminal every night and never get to my address

I know from the reviews I've read that it seems bad but they called let me know when they were going to be there and were on time and very helpful helping me unload a heavy toolbox.

Did not deliver as scheduled, changed pallet so then the items could not be unloaded as planned.

The Item was scheduled to be shipped from the terminal for delivery by SAIA. No item, no call, a waisted day. I was told my item was lost in the shuffle. This is a company I would never recommend.

They lost my delivery-had to reorder-been almost 4 weeks and I still don’t have the desk chair mat -uncertain why Office Depot uses this company and not FedEx or ups

When you twice choose a shipper that doesn’t follow through with the delivery it’s time to choose a different shipper. Materials to be delivered on Thursday show up finally on Monday.

Been waiting for weeks. Finally it’s in NY, been stuck in Chicago for days. Wait! Now it’s back in Chicago, after going through a tour of Pennsylvania and Ohio? This company has to be a joke? How can a company with an average 1 star reviews stay in business? They only have the one star because your review can’t have negative stars! Terrible, almost comical. Unbelievable!!!

10 days still not delivered tracking numbers says that it has been delivered no help from anyone not happy

It's taken over two weeks to return a small crate from Ohio to Florida. Same crate in reverse, 3 days.......it's holding up my replacement, which is holding up my manufacturing.

Huge package came from long distance and only took 3 days. Got here when promised. For this time of the year that is excellent. Will use them again. Thank you.

Horrible service drivers are incompetent as well as the dispatch in Springfield Massachusetts. If you want your deliveries go elsewhere this is the worst experiance ever.
