I don't know why businesses use shipping companies such as this. My products has not been delivered. No way of being to update delivery. SAF

From Houston to Carlsbad NM, Goes from Houston to Odessa, then to Dallas, then to Lubbock, then to Odessa a second time, worst freight service I’ve ever dealt with.....

I'm very happy with the delivery service I received. I was contacted by a nice person and scheduled the delivery. It arrived the next day with no problems. The driver, Daniel, was super friendly and helpful. Thank you!!!

Doesn’t tell you anything up to date.

Absolutely awful service. Only 3 of 4 pallets received. Missing a pallet of Wire Decking; SAIA response: “we’re sorry our tracking department is not available...”. NEVER use this company!!!

Worst shipping company on the planet. Part must be coming via donkey
Dave Fideli
Worst company in existence, you’d be better off leaving your package on the side of the road and praying that it makes it there by chance!!!

Quoted 7 -10 days to ship, 14 days and counting part is still 350 miles away. Worst shipping company out there. I had to give one star as it’s the minimum to give.

This company is terrible past of 3 weeks with my shipment from CA to NJ. Still in MO

They always add in bogus charges and don't communicate well when deliveries are on their way.

Was in manufacturing and logistics for 35+ years and Saia is the worst carrier I have ever seen before. Their logistics and software are outdated, customer service reps dont have a clue and cant trust the tracking info so they rely on the "good old telephone" to get their answers. Very 2020 like isnt it. I used the telephone back in the 80's to find out where my shipments were. Don't use these guys for anything. My shipment was supposed to take 2 days. It was picked up in Dayton last Friday going to Minneapolis Minnesota and it didnt move till last night because they lost the shipment somewhere. It's now in Illinois since 8 am this morning and hasn't moved all day. That 2 day point certainty isnt going to be made. Maybe I will receive it before the weekend!! Incredible!! How can they still be in business!!

Well, I've read a number of these reviews and I can't believe SAIA is still in business. 40 years in logistics, stayed away from SAIA for a number of reasons, but had a new furnace and a/c shipping out of Dayton, Oh free freight so distributor selected SAIA. Order was picked up Thursday 7-9-20. Problem 1 started when the terminal forgot to put the pallet on the line truck heading towards Mpls, Mn. Problem #2, the next day Friday, they scrambled to get it on next line truck so it was loaded without identification, you can guess where this is going, yes, they lost the shipment between Ohio and Mn. Very helpful SAIA customer service rep sent out an APB to all terminals across the NATION to look in the trailers and terminals for a pallet containing furnace and AC unit. I can't believe they didn't scan that shipping number attached to the pallet to verify what trailer it needed to go on. Poor shipping procedures, outdated customer service software, poor performance, poor reviews, it all adds up to disappointing the customer.

Always late and always lame excuses.
