We have used multiple LTL carriers and Saia has been the best by far. Dependable with efficient transit times - whenever an issue arises their customer service teams have always been beyond excellent.

Horrible, do not hire this firm for anything to do with shipping...

Missed 2 delivery dates. Went to completely wrong address. I ended up having to pickup shipment at their warehouse. Very unprofessional, never called when they missed first date. Will only give a full day as the delivery window. Will never use them again. Terrible experience. Ended up costing me 3 days of work and 4 hours to pickup freight delivery myself.

Horrible service tracking stopped before destination no one contacts me for delivery

Great tracking. Very nice customer service when I called with questions. Very polite delivery driver, helped me bring my package into the house in perfect condition.

Generator delivered in perfect condition driver great

Horrible service. No one ever called me to schedule the delivery. 19 days after I ordered, they delivered to a different city-wrong house. They are the armpit of delivery service. Not sure how they are staying in business.
