Bunch of incompetent drivers and poor costumer service. This people don’t know how to find a address to deliver packages.

This company is unreliable, unresponsive and corrupt. I was emailed a quote for $50 for a delivery. Several months later they sent a bill for $484. I had signed or agreed to any such charge. They took Me to a collection agency and threatened to sue. Don’t use them

If I could leave zero star i would my 6000.00 motor showed up with half the pallet missing and they tried to cover it with a trash bag. They must have dropped the motor off the truck and tried to cover it up with a garbage bag. Really??? I woukd never ever recommend this company they should be shut down.

Horrible they called me on Friday before labor day to schedule a delivery on the following Tuesday I asked if there was a way to reschedule for the following week. Pierre said there was no possible way. I cancelled my vacation to receive the goods, went to the job site and waited. Made a call for status and was told shipment would be there Thursday 2 days after the original schedule date with no call to let me know

Trouble service, takes forever to deliver. Don’t recommend!

Update: I got my package appointment earlier than the first push back but now with 4th change of time it’s still not as soon as the initial date, that’s better I guess.. not sure what to think

SAIA was a little off on the time frame for delivery (no big deal). BUT..the driver Terrance Parker (Greensboro) was awesome. Friendly, and apologetic for the delay, Just the right kind of person to represent your company and make efficient delivery.

Fast delivery when they said it would be here it was!

Sits in your home town for a dang week before it's delivered. Would rather they call me to pick it up myself.

Our driver(Jackson,Mi) backed down our private road and then brought the shipment to my garage. Above and beyond expectations!
