The tracking is horrible. All I want to know is about what time the package will arrive. It’s very large and I need to make arrangements. It can not be delivered after business hours. What a headache. When you call No one knows anything. Just tells you the same thing you see on tracking. When they left terminal.

I had absolutely zero issues with this delivery company. I purchased a 77" OLED TV Friday 2 timezones away and it was delivered exactly between the delivery window one week later. Delivery driver was very professional and knew what he was doing. The tilt detector showed no signs of tilting and the shipping wrap seemed well in tact and unharmed. A+ all around.

We are guaranteed delivery for bunzl on Thursday yet when saia gets out pickup,they cannot seem to deliver until Saturday or Monday. This is ridiculous when we have supplies in this delivery that are needed for customers orders. This trucking company should not even been in business

The company called 2 days prior to delivery so I took a day off then they called on the day of delivery that it will not be arriving that day they scheduled the delivery again and again I took another day off no delivery arrived Very dissatisfied

Our delivery arrived at Saia warehouse in Portland on 1/19/22 with no communication at all even after contacting seller . Then we called saia. Oh we need to set an appointment WTF no one ever said we needed to do that. So appointment was set between 1 and 7 pm guess what happened yep after setting over 2 weeks in their warehouse and having an appointment no call no delivery this company is almost as bad as FedEx.

Driver was good. Just not sure why it left Atlanta on Monday arrived in Toledo on Wednesday. Yet not delivered to me until the following Tuesday. Sat in Toledo almost a week. Less than 30 minutes away from me.

Received call day before to schedule delivery. Driver than phoned shortly before arriving. Couple days longer than expected but on line tracking a and call ahead and no product damage. Overal professional impression.
