The worst service I've ever gotten will never ship again.

If I could give zero stars I would. Delivery is almost 10 days late. Absolutely pathetic.

The absolute worst LTL company. Picked freight up Monday said it was a three day point. Monday the next week still waiting on freight that needs to go overseas, which was explained before pickup. My advice is to use Averitt Express for all your LTL needs. Again Saia is the worst.

Horrible...the worst ever. Scheduled for a 3-4 pm delivery window. Had to call 3 different times in 4 hrs. Kept saying on their way, then at 5:30 PM we called again and they said it's not on the truck and won't be delivered today...BS !!! Liars !!! When I tracked it, it shows being sent back to terminal... WTF! They are dishonest and untrustworthy people

Absolutely the worst! Told me they would deliver between 2pm and 8pm. No show, no phone call and unable to contact anyone. Tried their chat and the person was useless. Would not answer my question.

They never even attempted to deliver my package. I've been home the whole time. NO CALL or any attempt to contact me. They put that it was undeliverable just a couple of hours after it went out in the morning. Unacceptable!!!!

At first a little up set about there shipping but when it was delivered and driver gave me a call was excellent service will be using them in the future

Transit times are just a number they put on paper. I do not believe they try to hit them at all.

No one works there! Impossible to get a hold of anyone.

Would leave a zero if I could. They lost my package. Ironic thing is that it was a 12x24 foot above ground pool. How do you lose something that big?

Somehow my 12x24 above ground pool made it to Phoenix and then disappeared. How does a big ole 200lb package disappear? Now the summer is a third of the way over and still no pool. Home Depot had to eat the costs and reorder it. Hopefully it’s not SAIA that delivers the next one. I give them zero stars.

Been waiting for a/c unit for two weeks and still haven’t received it yet.
