Took forever to get my shipment was told it would be here on Friday was not here until Monday

Moses could move freight faster than this company. Going on 4 days to move a pallet 350 miles, way too expensive for the level of service

Never on time. They never communicate with you properly! And I’ve been waiting on a product for over a month!

Deliverer was friendly and helpful. I thought I would be getting threshold delivery and instead got delivery to the parking lot/my detached garage (which has happened to me one other time in the 16 years I’ve lived in this condo) BUT it is possible that that is what they were supposed to do and my expectations were out of line. One star off because they did not call me until they were there and they showed up hours early. Somewhere between when I ordered it and when it was delivered the time frame was dropped from the order. Luckily the person who was going to sign for it was there, but I didn’t receive any warning and it caught us all off guard.

My delivery was supposed to be two day shipping, that’s what I paid for but it a full week.

Horrible horrible horrible! My delivery has been at the local terminal awaiting delivery for a week and it still isn't going to go out for several more days from what they tell me! First, I was provided incorrect tracking info... then they email me and tell me that they are investigating the lack of movement after arriving at the delivery terminal. I'm a mother stranded because it's a transmission going to the shop where my vehicle has been sitting for at least 2 weeks waiting on the transmission. And then they can never reach anyone at my local terminal!!!

A positive review. My package was delivered on time, with no damage. The person at the customer service center was polite, professional and had a good personality. The driver made a courtesy call when about 1/2 an hour out. Not much to say except Thank You, good job.

Absolutely worst freight company! A normal 3 day shipment by most carriers is now 11 days and still waiting.

All week sitting at local terminal...equipment needed for project....going with Amazon for future order fulfillment needs

I only wish I could leave a Zero for a rating! This is the 3rd shipment in a row that Saia has not come close to meeting their delivery commitments

Tracking is a waste of time. This company is awful.

How do I track with tracking number for SAIA Motor Freight?

When in route giving a eta would be nice

They give a 3 hr window but if I need a closer time I call. So I’m satisfied so far
