Should do better when packages have to be signed by the owner. Get it signed by the correct person. At the correct address. Not the wrong address and not current owner of packages. Quit being lazy.

The package was torn and open half of the hair was removed, I received an incomplete order., when courier give me pocket say that I will sign, and after signed I saw that the pocket had been torn?TRACKING # 1Z 84Y 942 D9 1204 4020

UPS claimed delivery was attempted but business was closed. An absolute lie. No UPS TRUCK ever stopped. No sorry we missed you label on the door. Business was open since 7:30am that morning

In the past 3 years I’ve had packages go missing from the pick up point, drivers that instead of delivering send my package back to sender. The only consistent thing UPS does is they’re always late!

Service is terrible- I sat home all day as delivery item was extremely important. When I left my suite at 10 pm there was an unable to deliver notice on my door. The driver had not bothered to knock. Now delivery is not expected until late Monday at pickup location. This is lousy‘service’

Do NOT use UPS for Overnight Delivery!!! I have Poor Queen Honeybees LOST!!! They are LIVE , and will DIE now because of UPS! I am Beyond Furious ?

I had box to return to Amazon and it’s label with it and I know the UPS in CVS When I gone to CVS in Christiansburg VA the lady there said first “ we don’t have UPS here “ after this I said “ No I know it in CVS “ she said “ I can’t accepted you box “ I don’t why she said that I”ll call to CVS to make recommendations about her

Good morning I am writing to you because I received a message saying that the package had arrived and I was outside waiting for my package and my package never arrived. I would like to know how I can receive my package or my money back because according to the GPS the package arrived but I never received the package, it never arrived at my house

Anyone else's package delayed coming out of east Syracuse from April 26th here it is the 28th and it still says delayed with a yellow triangle.
