I ordered a package and they lost it

Package from Syracuse, NY to Laramie, WY....arrived Friday in Hodgkins, ILL around noon....it's now Sunday late afternoon and the package still sits in Hodgkins.....another example of inept employees and, even more so, inept Employer!....go with FedEx!...even the USPS rates better, in my book!!

This is what I saw on my UPS app, The package was undeliverable and has been disposed of according to the local guidelines, Please what is the mean of this? I need my parcel to be delivered to me, it has taken so much delay

Parcel doesn't say its coming to my house. Your tracking is confusing.

no hate I know it’s hard but it’s been multiple times it says my parcel was delivered and it never was or it has been so delayed

My delivery driver went above and beyond making sure my package was safe from porch pirates. I would like to say to him... Thank you for caring and taking the time. ***Package wasn't under my name but under Michael Rodriguez.

They keep changing the Day it Will arive. I think they lost it

Bad delivery, every time when they delivery something for me they do wrong but today they win to delivery my order 3 houses around my!

Time for pickup was changed suddenly at my usual store drop off which is hurting my business. 30 minutes makes a huge difference in orders going out on time

they postponed my delivery for a week with the justification that I was not willing, and I am at home purposely waiting for this order. They didn't even try to hand me over. And then they said they couldn't deliver because I wasn't available. Poor and dishonest service.
