UPS is worthless, as is their tracking system. My package showed it was on a truck 'Out for delivery' yesterday. Nothing showed up. Now I get a notice today at 2 pm that it is 'Out for delivery'. The so called 'parcel map for tracking' shows it is still at the warehouse in the next State over. Not sure where my package is that I have been looking for. Wish the company I purchased from would have used FedEx. At least I can rely on their notifications and delivery system!

Package has been out for delivery for 3 days now. UPS keeps lying saying they attempted to deliver. But not once have they shown up to my residence or even on my street. I paid to much money to have UPS jerk around. I will never use them again

My package was due for delivery yesterday. At about 7pm, I got an email saying that my package was delivered with the photo of the package (this is a package that I have been tracking since the time I got the tracking number), I Immediately opened my front door to check for the package...Alas, it wasn't there! I ran downstairs to the lobby, I checked everywhere, nothing was there. While I was still checking, I saw another neighbor who came to search everywhere. I asked her what she was looking for, she said her package from UPS. I said I was looking for my own package as well. I called UPS customer service to report the situation and I was told to fill a claim form. This is just unacceptable, imagine an order you needed urgently and you can't get to use it.
