they postponed my delivery for a week with the justification that I was not willing, and I am at home purposely waiting for this order. They didn't even try to hand me over. And then they said they couldn't deliver because I wasn't available. Poor and dishonest service.

Ordered out door motion light. Shipped from Houston Tx and I live in Doddridge Ar. Tracking showed the light was in MemphisTn! Why? No one knows. Then the light stayed in Little Rock Ar 4 days. Still waiting on light... grrrrr

Tracking no. Not found. But sent from shipper since 3 days...

Driver lied. Did not come to door to collect payment. I watched the driver pull in the driveway turn around and then leave Customer service lied told me they would deliver next day. End of next day no parcel. Was told I had to prepay for shipping!! I should have been told that when I was contacted earlier in the week (Tuesday)when I was originally called. Poor service !!

Ups, Is a shadow of what the used to be. They charge for service they don't do. Next day, should be next day, not next night.

Always ups late delivery not on time

really bad service, missing packages, chaotic scheduling, irresponsible employees. I would never use it if I have other choices

Personally, I have had a bad experience with this urine. My package ? arrived but it is incomplete and no one listened to what happened or is it that they think they are one of those mysterious ? packages that do not claim and then the big collectors make them and sell them or give them up for lost ????

My address and apartment is on my delivery, why wasn’t my package delivered Friday, that’s my address

I ordered a package thru Amazon, shipped by UPS. It says it was delivered in Granbury TX and I live in Stephenville TX. I’d give it less than 1 star if I could.
