I use to think UPS was a amazing delivery service but recently it's really went bad. They lose my packages all the time, switch my delivery times. I'm sick of not getting my packages on time.

Never ever will I use UPS again, I was told 2/5 days delivery it is already 2 weeks I have not seen my package

Why are packages late all the time when sitting in a UPS WAREHOUSE FOR 2 days 100 miles away & told they will be late by 4 days! No excuse for poor service other than company is stingy & won’t hire adequate staff for facility delivery. Also how in the h do packages get lost by you guys? Who’s stealing packages??? Lastly why can’t to different divisions communicate to get a package to the correct customer when the incorrect customer lets you know you delivered it to the wrong person. No excuse for not picking up package to ensure correct owner gets their package! Customer review of Quality assurance deserves 1/2 a star if that. Get your act together.

Driver didn't bother coming to the door. On the tracking info said package was laft at front door when he actually left it in the mailbox. No customer service available to make a complaint about the driver lying about where he delivered the package.

Worst service ever! Paid $91 to have package delivered overnight by noon the next day. It’s been 3 days and package still not delivered!! Will never use UPS again!

Recently , we ordered a pickup and the driver never showed up. The company said he did and explained where the label was left. No such area is located on our property as explained by the driver! (Think he went somewhere else?). I've made 4 calls to the 800# and promised someone will call with no positive results!! HELP!!!!!
