I did paid 40$ sending 3/17. Not yet.

UPS is the worsest courier ever, got my package to Koeln warehouse in germany and refuse to send it out after much mail to them and after giving them description as they ask they send my 3packages back to Nigeria without refund almost #400k is what I use to send my package from Nigeria and up till now am yet to receive my return package here in nigeria, UPS Is so bad. Never will I do business with them.????

Says St. John’s Nl but map shows New Brunswick. Terrible. I have no idea where my package is

I have a packet no delivers yet and not having information about it

I understood storms but it’s not a problem now! I’ve never had these problems in the past. It’s now become a real problem I’m at a loss!

Paid over 43.00 for ups to ship package 4inchx6.4 hrs away.it has sat at same location for 4 days. It's my medicine an ups has been told.ñow they don't work sat&sun so I go without my meds an for 3 days they have emailed me it's on truck for 3 days .so to be honest they told what I wanted to me it's really called being a big liar

Bad service when you pay to have something delivered to your house but they deliver to the ups store next to where you ordered it from .

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Brutal!

This company is useless. Personally I won’t ever use them and I’m gonna stop ordering with any company who usually use them. I ordered something that was supposed to be delivered since march 10. I’m in Columbus, they pick it up somewhere in Columbus and it ended up in Miami. I was supposed to receive it today march 16 and it’s been out for delivery since 9AM, it’s almost 6 PM, I guess I won’t receive it again. My order is from Apple, I already start the return because it doesn’t make any sense to me. Apple, I don’t care how good your customer service is but if you team up with useless company like that, you still gonna loose customers.

Looking for my package

They are the worst. I don't know why they still exist. Every company that use's them for delivery nobody should buy from. They promised a day but doesn't arrived then you check and your item when it was so close to you end up in the other side of the states to then make a come back and have to wait another week. If it would have been FedX I would have been here already. UPS needs to be no more if there going to keep on making customer desatiesfied. No company us customers buy from should have UPS as their carrier even if it is the cheapest one. They very very very bad

Pickup was on the money, courteous and respectful and right on time on 3-3. It is now 3-15 and the package just arrived at the Amazon return address in Hebron, KY! I find that to be very slow, so I’m sure it will take all of 30 days to get my refund which is ridiculous.
