I have a bad experience particularly with that store I go there to return an Amazon item. He refused to use the label that the Amazon sent me and instead he charge me in full for return shipping and I’m still waiting that to refund from the Amazon but it seems something going wrong because the usp guy refused to use the label return.

UPS has once again proven to me that they are the best company to deliver packages. I shipped two guitars across the country and the boxes didn’t have a single dent. FedEx can’t find my house from day to day.

It taking forever to receive my package

My package did not arrive at my house, lousy service, I always ask for things at SHEIN and I have never lost them and this time when I sent them by UPS they did not arrive at my house!

Left my cardboard package on neighbors back steps in the rain. I have a covered front porch and they do too but noooooo, you had to leave it out in the weather on the back steps.

Very bad service they deliver packages without a signature and leave them lying on the street in addition to being incomplete I do not recommend this parcel site they are super irresponsible

I did not receive my package. Please help me find where it was left. Lori Johnson
