I’m very disappointed with UPS delivery service. This package was supposed to be delivered yesterday during my business hours I personally stayed late at the business in the hope that the package would arrive it still hasn’t arrived yet. My hours for deliveries today are 9am-430pm cst please confirm that this package will be delivered today during the above hours because it is impossible that I remain late. I’m sorry to say this but if I can forget to have my lunch because I’m waiting on your delivery driver and I have a medical condition that I need to eat before taking my medicine. I think your driver should be able to get here or if can’t make it at least have courtesy to call and take it to Walgreens for me to pick up the next day

I don’t know how to express my dissatisfaction for the service that UPS has provided, I haven’t received correct tracking service, there’s an announcement that I requested a hold for pick up, which is not true, they never answer their phones and in there’s no actual addres where i can pick up my box I’m left on the limbo and they only offer will return package to sender as an option. What am i to do, i paid 34.00 for this service. I don’t recommend this service to anyone.

This is by FAR the worst experience. A package that was 31 hours away has now taken a WEEK to get here... and it STILL isn't going to be here on time. This is the THIRD SUCH incident. Your driver's are lazy, your carrier facilities are worse. Waybto keep your customer first UPS.
