Fee are very expensive even my little shipping for $180 I pay for fee $102 today

I have sent some documents on 23rd from Trivandrum to Hamburg in Germany. Today is the 14th day the parcel hasn’t reached. Please, what is going on?

Whenever I pay for overnight shipping it takes 3 days to get my package,

I don’t know how to express my dissatisfaction for the service that UPS has provided, I haven’t received correct tracking service, there’s an announcement that I requested a hold for pick up, which is not true, they never answer their phones and in there’s no actual addres where i can pick up my box I’m left on the limbo and they only offer will return package to sender as an option. What am i to do, i paid 34.00 for this service. I don’t recommend this service to anyone.

Supposed to get my package yesterday, today still not here

This is by FAR the worst experience. A package that was 31 hours away has now taken a WEEK to get here... and it STILL isn't going to be here on time. This is the THIRD SUCH incident. Your driver's are lazy, your carrier facilities are worse. Waybto keep your customer first UPS.

Why can’t you deliver a package to the right place with a clear address on it???

Suppose to be delivered today by 8pm. 2 minutes to go in the package is apparently not even in the state! Ridiculous!
