Huge delay! My spouse paid for 3days delivery, I got my docs exactly 2weeks later. Your international Tracking is a huge joke. You guys really need to improve before you lose all your customers.

I ordered from Amazon and I live in newbern why is it being delivered to havelock ? Even my address is correct on the shipment ? When will I get my stuff

It says that the package was delivered in front of the door, which is a lie. We were at home all day and no one rang the bell. The delivery man took a picture of the package in front of the door and returned package it again in car. Unfortunately, the package is not here, the delivery was supposed to be 15.03 in Hechingen.

Never on time

Am ought to receive my package yesterday, and the delivery time is not accurate what’s delaying? Ups never disappoint me before why is this happening.

Dishonest service. UPS buzzed my apartment. They said they would bring up to my appartement as I am disabled. They left parcel on main floor. I had to go down to main floor.

Dropped off on Feb 28 with 2 other packages, this package has been lost and finally appeared in transit over a week with still no estimate delivery to Amazon return center in Las Vegas!!!

Whenever you transfer the package to the postal service, the package disappears, it is the third time this has happened, the first time you see a kichinet, a Macys purchase and now express, control your staff

The most useless courier service, with all kinds of liars. They will disappoint you when you need your items most, useless organization with lying staff.
