WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN YXU! Taken me 7 days to locate a package that no one knows where it was. Tried to speak to 3 managers, line was always “disconnected”. Disappointed this was the senders shipping option. After 3 hours I was in tears in the phone as reps and managers didn’t care and where very rude.

UPS is horrible they are late or they forever lying about attempting to deliver when they be no where around they area. I’m still waiting on my package and still nothing just sad

It’s been 5 days and nothing has happened with my package. I don’t even have an estimated deliver date. When I made the original purchase it said it would be here in 2 days

UPS is not worth it. My parcel still not delivered after fifteen days.

Service is pitifully slow. Packages are always several days late of promised delivery date. Will never use UPS again. Pathetic.

Package is already two days late. Was promised delivery by 9pm. 10pm I receive another notice that package is delayed again. Tracking shows that package was loaded on truck for delivery on two separate days. Still no sign of package on third day late. Will never do business with vendors who use UPS as delivery service again.

I did not ask for my package to be left in Sumter South Carolina I asked for my package to be left at the office in Camden South Carolina the service for UPS is lacking it needs New Management I had a package for UPS and they lost it

Very unreliable. So sad cause it used to be the standard. What happened??!!

Not thrustful ,report delivery make you waste time , costly for the service given

This is a really good company they don’t take a lot of time like some other companies is really fast

Despite the note on my door saying they would try again for delivery on next business day, apparently I have to go pick it up now. They tried ONCE. Very disappointed in service.

You have had my parcel since June 3 and still have not processed it yet! Please get yourselves together and ship my parcel. Lots of people looking for jobs... Hire some and stop using covid as an excuss for bad customer service!!!
