Terrible customer service I've tried for over 3 weeks now calling every single day because I don't have a credit card they won't let me pay the duty fee bill so I can't get my package they told me multiple times thing they put me in the system and they would give me a most definite call back within 24 hours with someone that could accept my Debit Visa card..hasnt happen .....so if you dont own a credit card i would not use them. I can't give my father his fathers day gift aswell because of this. Terrible terrible customer service

I get that there's a major pandemic in the world today and people are taking precautions for their health and safety right now but honestly UPS is doing a very poor job of carrying their name as a reliable courier service, especially to those..like myself who reside in apartment complexes! There is never a time where it will be considered acceptable to just leave our valuable parcels in building lobbies for other tennants or street people to gain access to and keep it for their own. When you pay good money for something you expect it to be delivered to YOUR hands WITH CARE and if the driver cannot reach you upon delivery attempts a waybill should be left to retrieve the parcel at a designated pick up location....END OF STORY!!!!

Orders from Pandora twice now. Showing shipped 24 hours after order made. Then showing in transit in Ontario. Two months later still shows in transit???!!!!!! Seriously??? Post Canada would have been 2 days max with regular post!!!!

Package should have been delivered Saturday. It wasn't. It's now Sunday and my package is either in Syracuse NY or Robinson SC. So yeah the tracking system works great

Very late delivery!!! My package is not yet delivered until now.My package was shipped in May 29,2020 and its already June 21st. but still no update with my package!

Worst service ever not happy tracked my package they said it was on the truck and it would be delivered by 9 pm. At that time it was already 2 days late. At 10:35 pm their site still said delivery would be here by 9pm. When I went to ups.com they said that the tracking #was bad. Not a happy customer

It always takes them longer to deliver my packages. One carrier leaves the packages at other places. If I. Am lucky. He leaves it at the post office. 12 miles away.Then the bring it the next day.

Their system says, like the the order already delivered (this is not true). I'm still waiting for delivery or pick it up at UPS location. Txs.

Had been late for too long time, with no explain and no details, always showing the package is on the way. Will never use UPS again.

I have been waiting over three weeks for UPS to pick up and ship my parcel from Old Navy in Canada. When you call you get no where with the complaint.

They claimed they delivered my package but I never received it. I'm still trying to reach them.

Garbage company. Doesn’t care about the customers or the packages. Don’t even knock on your door when you’ve been home all day and make you wait another day to get your package because they say you weren’t home, when you actually were, they’re just lazy and don’t make and efforts to deliver your package conveniently. Would not recommend this company

My parcel was shipped May 12th and it is June 19th. Still no parcel. When I track it shows it has made at least 25 stops. Been to Quebec four times, Concord, Ontario at least three times and to St. Catharines four times and on and on. I have called each day for the last three days. Each time they tell me I will have it the next day. Yesterday was it had just arrived in Mississauga. No date for delivery. This is extremely unacceptable. The order cane from Costco and try reaching someone there. Will never use UPS again. Just get pat answers. If I could show less than one star I would.

Again, for the third day in a row my package is tracking as out for delivery. Cannot believe the unprofessionalism shown by this company.
