waiting for a whole week & it was suppose to be delivered last Saturday

I was outside waiting and UPS came and left with mi delivery. It's not the first time that they to that.

Exception after exception after exception. Customer service staff of no help whatsoever. Clearly not interested in client concerns. Requested to forward call to management and got cut off after holding for 32 minutes.

It’s si bad because it took 3 days and it still haven’t moved I ordered it almost 4 weeks ago and it hasent moved at all since 2 weeks ago soo 1 star

Packages constantly lost and late. Poor service

Unfathomable how grossly negligent and incompetent this company is!

I had a box that came to me but I was not at home when they came the box had 3p on it

So slow , i dont have car and im more fast of you.

Package supposed to be delivered yesterday, cannot track it's whereabouts. Not impressed.

I took a package to be over nighted I asked to make sure that it would be there over night I was told it would I ask would it be there in the morning and the afternoon she couldn't say that package did not yet there overnight

UPS is the STANDARD, IN U.S. and INTERNATIONAL shipping. Wtf? 2 stars? That is rediculous! UPS GETSit where it needs to go consistently.
