Your delivery time in Quebec city is atrocious. I have a package waiting in your warehouse of Quebec city for more then 12 days. When you're not good at something, do something else.

i have been waiting for my shipment since March and still have not received it.

rediculous slow expensive service..took my package 2000 kilometers further away than it needed to be before arriving.

My packages are missing more than one package at least 3

Worse courier ever, always try to rip you off with high brokerage fees, and delay sending me waybill for self clearance.

As many times that I've been to this UPS, they gave me great service, answered all my questions, and they were very courteous, thank you!

I ordered my air conditioner on May 25th and UPS still has not even processed the order. It won't do me any good in the fall. Between them and Costco if I don't get it soon it's going to be a hot summer. Very frustrating when they both indicate it's each other causing the delay.

.025 star My international package says “exception” been sitting in a neighbouring city for 4 days with no known time for delivery - UNACCEPTABLE

A package was to be delivered, I live in a secured building, which the shipper knew. The driver left a notice on the outside of the building where there are homeless people walking around all the time, plus other residents. Never notified me they were out front with the package, then left with package to drop off at pick up site. Get to pick up site 2 says later and they don't have package. Call ups and it's on a truck, might be a few days before they can get it to me.
