Was told my package would be delivered in 6 days its taken 10 days called and got excuses . paid way to much when i could have shipped through u.s.p.s. like i did with other stuff and had in 4 days. Service is just poor!!!!

Why delivery not complete

My order was never picked up or delivered last month and to date has NOT been picked up or delivered

Have had a very frustrating week with UPS after getting 3 updates of intention to deliver followed by exception after exception after exception. No help whatsoever from Customer Service. Will wait and see what this week brings but would never recommend UPS

I order on may 25 from costco. Same province and i am still waiting june 14. Since then i have order and receive at least 3 orders from amazon. I cant beliece my order is still being processed. It should at leat be moved closer.

Never do updates. Waited for 2 days then still didn’t update. Keep it up.

Really slow...item been St Lachine warehouse since 14 days....and still didn't budged!!! Wtf man!!!!

Their estimated time is not accurate at all !!

Payed for 2 day shipping and its not gonna be here till the 17 thats an extra 6 days i would at least like a refund on my shipping fees

It is extremley late ... Not happy with UPS. Tracking is not acurate..
